Program description

Wolf33 sends text messages on behalf of property-management organizations that use our platform to run maintenance work orders. Messages are transactional and service-related, and each message identifies the organization it is sent for. Message types include:

• Invitations to set up a resident, vendor, or manager portal account.
• Work-order status notifications, such as a completion notice with a link to review the work.
• Operational alerts to property-management staff, such as an overdue work order escalating to them.

Wolf33 does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent

You receive messages because you opted in — for example, by providing your phone number to your property-management organization for maintenance updates, requesting a portal invitation, or texting an opt-in keyword. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with activity on your account — typically a few messages per maintenance request.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Wolf33 does not charge for text messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. The keywords STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and REVOKE are honored the same way. Opting out stops all Wolf33 text messages to your number; your organization may still contact you by other means for essential service matters.

To opt back in, reply START (UNSTOP and YES are also honored).

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; opt-in data and consent are never shared except with the aggregators and providers of the text-message delivery service.

Changes

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
