Privacy Policy

Wolf33 (“Wolf33”, “we”, “us”) provides a property-maintenance work-order platform used by property-management organizations, their staff, their residents, and their service vendors. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Wolf33 processes much of this information on behalf of the property-management organization you interact with. That organization controls its own records and may have its own privacy practices in addition to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, and password credentials when you create an account or accept an invitation.
• Contact information — phone numbers and mailing addresses provided by you or by the property-management organization that manages your residence or works with your company.
• Work-order information — the details of maintenance requests: descriptions, property and unit, scheduling, status history, photos or documents, and ratings or feedback you submit.
• Voice interactions — when you call a Wolf33-powered phone line, we process the call audio and a transcript so the assistant can file and look up work orders. Calls are associated with your phone number.
• SMS consent records — an auditable history of when a phone number opted in to or out of text messages, and how (for example, by replying STOP or START).
• Usage information — log and device data generated by using the service, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

• To create, dispatch, track, and close maintenance work orders.
• To send service-related notifications by SMS and email, such as portal invitations, status updates, completion notices, and escalation alerts.
• To operate the voice assistant, including verifying callers by phone number.
• To verify and standardize property and vendor addresses.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text-message delivery service acting on our behalf.

Wolf33 sends transactional and service-related texts only. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get assistance by replying HELP. See the SMS Terms for full program details.

How we share information

• Your property-management organization — work orders, contact details, and activity history are visible to the organization's authorized staff, and to the vendor assigned to your work order to the extent needed to perform the job.
• Service providers — vendors that host our infrastructure and deliver the service for us: cloud hosting and storage, email and SMS delivery, voice-call and speech processing, and address geocoding. They may process personal information only to provide those services.
• Legal — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Wolf33, our customers, or others.

Retention

Work-order records, activity history, and SMS consent records are retained for as long as the property-management organization's account is active, and as needed for legal, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes. Opt-out records are retained so we can continue honoring your opt-out.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport, scoped access so users can only see the records that belong to them, and audit trails on work-order activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Access, correct, or delete account information by contacting us or the property-management organization that manages your records.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
